The Centre offers a wide variety of training courses for Coaching/Instructional awards both residential and non--residential.

Most of our courses take place at the Centre, but we do run canoeing / kayaking and mountain bike courses abroad. Some are open to adults and some to juniors. Please ask for details. We usually run trips to Brittany, Normandy & the Ardèche and those provisionally planned for this year include:

• Whitewater Kayaking in Southern Brittany - February & November 2008
• Whitewater trip to the Ardèche in France - Late Spring / Early Summer 2008
• Sea Kayaking to North Coast of Brittany - May 2008
• Mountain Biking - Normandy - September & October 2008

• Mountain-Bike (Off-Road Cycling) Leaders Award (see Mountain Biking activities page)
• Site-Specific Climbing Instructors Award for teaching on the Indoor Climbing Wall
